Daylight robbery.
|
A gaggle of girls out on the town stopped to torture a rose seller. Only minutes after this picture, two of them had pleaded for a flower, which the seller offered a discount for. One of the girls took a rose in her hand, said, 'Thanks,' and walked away. He chased them and said they had to pay, but they ignored him and kept walking.
