Russian tea cakes.
When I saw this week's theme, I knew exactly what I would take a photo of.
I made these cookies (aka 'biscuits') as part of a housewarming gift. They
are Russian Tea Cakes, a crumbly cookie with a light vanilla flavor perfect
for -- what else -- tea time.
